Using Horse Tail Hair, twelve strings of hand twisted horsehair create the square braid. Choose from different colors of tail hair, and two styles of necklaces. The first has the braid featured and set off with silver cones on a leather cord ($98.00). The other choice has the braid for the entire necklace, closing with a magnetic clasp ($135.00). Both choices measure approximately 19-1/2" in length.
These necklaces are wonderful alone, or because of the strong braid, you can hang your favorite pendant from them (see photo below). If you want to do this, just be sure that the bail on your pendant is large enough to slide over the clasp.
