Our Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us for an exchange or refund within 10 days of shipping date. There is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We will issue a refund once the jewelry piece is returned in the same condition as it was mailed out in. If any damage has been caused by regular wear of an item, an additional $20 fee will be assessed.

Items should be returned in a padded package and be insured. We will not refund items lost in shipping. Proof of purchase must be included in the package.
